What is Honey Process Coffee?
Honey process is a method in which coffee cherries are picked and sorted, have their skins and pulps removed like other types of coffee but are then dried without washing off the sticky-sweet outer layer of the fruit. This method has been growing in popularity with consumers and allows the farmers to offer various tasting varieties of coffee from the same crop through the development of additional fruity flavors in the coffee beans.
