Southern Grace Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexico Altura

FLAVOR NOTES
Sweet, bold, rich flavors of bourbon, dark chocolate and caramelized sugar with a slightly smoky finish. Aged for 4 weeks in our local Southern Grace Distillery's Conviction Bourbon barrel, then roasted to preserve the flavor without any alcohol remaining.

FARMER NOTES
Mexico Altura (Altura meaning 'heights') is sourced from the southern states of Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico, where there are mountain ranges that provide higher altitudes and ideal climates for cultivating coffee. The vast majority of farms are family-owned with less than 10 acres of land. The coffee harvest typically begins in October and ends in March. Grown in the rich soil high in Mexico’s southern mountain ranges, this varietal certainly exemplifies its lofty name.
